I find that I tend to scrap all at once using challenges for inspiration.This makes it easier when I am having an attack of my crohns disease.I can sit, do the set amount of work then go lay down.I think that's why I scrap.I can accomplish set goals and it makes me happy.Just thoughts I wanted to share.~~Anne
